What It Is

A diagram titled 'The Conflict Loop' with illustrations of a person thinking, a heart in a head, a fence, a sprout, two people with a heart, tools, and two people talking, representing the cycle of conflict and resolution.

Why do you keep having the same challenges? Or conversations that run on a loop? Or the same critical inner dialogue? Individual coaching is, at its heart, a place to be honest about what's working, what isn't, and what keeps coming back no matter how many times you think you've dealt with it.

A safe space, yes. But also a thinking partnership. A sounding board for the things that are hard to say out loud. A way to look at recurring conflicts and actually understand what's underneath them.

What most people name, eventually, is something like this: "I knew what I was feeling. I just never knew how to name it." Or: "I knew something wasn't right…I just didn't know where to look."

That's where we start. We look at the patterns: the habits that repeat, the responses that feel automatic, the ways your lived experience and the systems around you have shaped how you move through conflict. And from that clarity, we co-create something more intentional: a way of showing up that feels less like managing, and genuinely breaks The Conflict Loop.

The goal is always the same: a clearer, more purposeful path, back to yourself.

Why It’s Different

Look beyond the personal to the system…and the responses you built to survive it.

A diverse group of people working together in an office, with one woman standing and showing something on a tablet to a person in a wheelchair.

You said the thing that kept the peace, not the thing that was true. You let it drop because pushing further felt like more than it was worth.

The room got calmer. But the need underneath the conflict never got named, so it's still there, waiting for the next disagreement to carry it.

How We Work Together

Whether you need one focused session to prepare for a specific hard conversation, or a longer pathway to shift a pattern that's followed you across every relationship and role, this is conflict coaching built around purposeful communication: naming what's true, staying grounded while you say it, and building the resilience to stay committed to your practice of being rooted and real.

We’d love to speak with you, learn more about your needs and explore whether we’re the right fit for your coaching goals.

Who It’s For

A person in outdoor hiking gear with a backpack walking on a dirt trail through a desert landscape during sunset, surrounded by dry bushes and trees, with a mountain in the background and sunlight filtering through the foliage.

Individuals, professionals, founders, and leaders who are tired of managing the same conflict under a new name: at work, at home, or both.

People ready to trade quick fixes for something that holds.

“My client relationship with Ayesha involved her helping me with a complex interpersonal issue around which I felt very stuck. Through thoughtful questioning and reflection she helped me to live with uncertainty for a time without that becoming too unbearable a place to land. I was not fully aware that Ayesha did this type of coaching that was much more personal (vs organizational) in nature. She will guide you in a way that is present and careful and compassionate.”
